1. Who can qualify for this offer
This offer is available between 12.00am on 5th August 2024 and 11:59pm (GMT) on 29th November 2024 to customers who purchase an Aviva Over 50 Life Insurance policy.
2. When do I need to claim my gift by?
You will receive an email inviting you to choose your gift within 28 days of receipt by Aviva of your 6th monthly premium. You will have a period of 45 days from receipt of this email to choose your gift.
3. How and when do I get my gift?
Once you have chosen your gift, you will receive an email within 28 days containing a link to your gift, along with details on how to redeem it.
4. I've changed my mind, can I swap my gift?
Once you have made your selection we won't be able to swap your gift. Make sure you select the right gift for you, using the information provided.
5. How long will my gift be valid for?
This will depend on the gift you choose, M&S is valid for 2 years, Tesco is valid for 2 years, Amazon.co.uk Gift Card* is valid for 10 years.

6. I have not received my gift, what should I do?
Please check your junk/spam file to ensure the email hasn't been saved there. If you still haven't received it please contact us, by completing the Contact Us form.

Amazon.co.uk Gift Card*
1. Is there an expiry period relating to my Amazon.co.uk Gift Card*?
Your Amazon.co.uk Gift Card* is valid for 10 years.
2. How do I redeem my Amazon.co.uk Gift Card*?
When you redeem an Amazon.co.uk Gift Card*, the funds will be stored in ‘Your Account’ and automatically applied to your next eligible order. The original expiry date, applies to any unused funds. For full instructions on how to redeem it click here(Link opens in a new tab).
3. I’m not ready to use my Amazon.co.uk Gift Card* yet, can I save it on my account?
After you’ve entered the code on Amazon.co.uk, they’ll keep the balance in your account for use on future purchases so that you don’t need to enter the code again. You can choose to check out without using it when you select your payment method. Simply uncheck the box next to ‘Use your Gift and promotional balance’. If you don’t see this screen during checkout, you can click Change under the Payment Method heading on the final page before you place your order’. Your available balance will be automatically applied to 1-Click orders.
4. I’m having problems assigning my Amazon.co.uk Gift Card* to my account?
After you’ve entered the code on Amazon.co.uk, they’ll keep the balance in your account for use on future purchases so that you don’t need to enter the claim code again. If you’re seeing an error message that the Amazon.co.uk Gift Card* has already been redeemed, it’s likely to be because the code has already been applied to your account. To check whether the funds are already on your account, view your Amazon.co.uk Gift Card* balance in ‘Your Account’. If you’re still having problems, check the Amazon.co.uk Gift Card* Terms and Conditions to make sure your order meets the rules and restrictions for paying with an Amazon.co.uk Gift Card*.
5. What if my order is more than the value of the Amazon.co.uk Gift Card*?
If your order total is more than your Amazon.co.uk Gift Card* balance, you will need to pay for the remaining balance with an additional payment method.
6. Do I have to spend my Amazon.co.uk Gift Card* in one transaction?
No, once your funds are stored in 'Your Account' you can spend the Amazon.co.uk Gift Card* across multiple transactions.

M&S Gift Card
1. Where can I use my e-gift card?
You can use this online at marksandspencer.com and in all M&S stores in the UK, Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands. Excluding BP Connect stores.
2. Where do I find my gift e-gift card PIN?
Your gift card or e-gift card PIN is a four or five-digit number, this is featured on the PDF e-gift card attachment we sent to you.
3. How can I check my gift e-gift card balance?

4. How long is my e-gift card valid for?
Your e-gift card is valid for 2 years from the last spend on it. If you don't use it within the 2 years, any remaining balance will be cancelled.
Tesco Digital Gift Card
1. Where can I use my Tesco Digital Gift Card?
Your Tesco Digital Gift Card can only be used for purchases in Tesco stores within the UK
2. How do I redeem the Tesco Digital Gift Card?
You'll be able to use the link to retrieve a Tesco Digital Gift Card and simple instructions on how to redeem their digital gift card. You'll need to print the digital gift card or simply present the handheld device with the barcode clearly visible in-store to spend.
3. How can I check my Tesco Digital Gift Card balance?
You can check the available balance of your Tesco Digital Gift Card online. Simply enter the 19 digit card number and PIN to see your balance and most recent transactions. Here’s a guide to help you understand some of the transactions you might see in your transaction history:
- Credit/Activation: A credit or activation is when the gift card was first purchased. This may show as either description depending on where the card was bought
- Point of Sale: A point of sale transaction is an action has been completed at a Tesco in-store checkout
- Redeem/Debit: A redeem or debit transaction is when a gift card is used to purchase goods
- Reload: A reload transaction is when additional funds have been added to a reloadable Tesco Gift Card to top up the balance
- Cancel: A cancel transaction is when a card has been cancelled. If you have any queries for this type of transaction, get in touch with our Tesco Customer Services team on 0800 50 55 55*.
You can also check your balance at any time by phoning our gift card Balance Check Service on 0345 0757757** or by visiting the Customer Service Desk in store. The remaining balance will also be printed on the till receipt when you shop in a Tesco store.
4. How long is my Tesco Digital Gift Card valid for?
The Tesco Digital Gift Card is valid for a period of 5 years from the date it was activated or your last transaction, whichever is later. For these purposes, a transaction includes both a balance enquiry and using the Tesco Digital Gift Card to pay for a purchase. You will not be able to use your Tesco Digital Gift Card after that date and any unused balance on the card will be lost.
5. Do I have to spend my Tesco Digital Gift Card in one go?
No. If the whole amount isn't spent, the remaining balance stays on the card for five years from the last transaction.
