1. Who can qualify for this offer?
You need to open a new Aviva Pension (SIPP) account between 12:00pm 1st May 2026 and 11:59am 1st June 2026 and apply to transfer at least £20,000 with all transfers being completed by 11:59pm on 30th November 2026. You also need to be a UK resident and over the age of 18. If you hold an existing Aviva Pension you will not be eligible for the Promotion and any transfers initiated into an existing Aviva Pension during the Promotion Period will not qualify for cashback. Transfers from existing Aviva pensions (including Aviva personal pensions and workplace/occupational pension schemes administered by Aviva on behalf of employers) are not eligible for this Promotion and are excluded.

2. Do I need to transfer anything into my new Aviva Pension (SIPP) account?
Yes, you will need to transfer at least £20,000 into your new account between 12:00pm 1st May 2026 and 11:59am 1st June 2026 to qualify for the offer. Any qualifying transfers must be completed by 11:59pm 30th November 2026.
3. How and when do I get my cashback?
We'll send you an email In January 2027 asking you to confirm your bank details. Once you have supplied your bank details, you will receive an email within 28 days confirming your payment has been processed.
4. Can I transfer more than one pension?
Yes, you can, but you will only receive one cashback payment per customer. The value of your cashback will depend on the total transfer value of any eligible pension(s). Please see Terms and Conditions(Link opens in a new tab) for more details.
5. What is the value of the cashback?
The value depends on the total value of the eligible pension(s) transferred.
Total Transfer Value of Eligible Pension(s) Applicable Cashback Value
Between £20,000 and £49,999 - £100 cashback
Between £50,000 and £79,999 - £400 cashback
Between £80,000 and £99,999 - £600 cashback
Between £100,000 and £199,999- £750 cashback
Between £200,000 and £999,999 - £1,000 cashback
£1,000,000 or over - £2,500 cashback
6. I have not received my cashback confirmation email, what should I do?
If you have submitted your bank details and have not received an email confirming that your claim is being processed, within 28 days, please check your spam or junk folder to ensure the email hasn't been saved there. If you still haven't received it, please contact us by completing the Contact Us(Link opens in a new tab) form.
7. What happens if I don't provide my bank details within the 30 days ?
If you don't provide your bank details within 30 days, your cashback payment will be forfeited, and you will no longer be able to claim.
