1. Who can qualify for this offer
This offer is available to customers who apply for an Aviva Life Insurance Plan between 12.00am on 15th September 2025 and 11.59pm on 7th November 2025 and then go on to purchase that policy, whether during or after the promotional period.
There is a maximum of one gift card per person, and a minimum of 6 monthly premium payments required.
2. When do I need to claim my gift card by?
You will receive an email inviting you to choose your gift card within 28 working days of receipt by Aviva of your 6th monthly premium. You will have a period of 45 days from receipt of this email to choose your gift card.
3. How and when do I get my gift card?
Once you have chosen your gift card, you will receive an email within 28 working days containing a link to your gift card, along with details on how to redeem your gift card.
4. I've changed my mind, can I swap my gift card?
Once you have made your selection we won't be able to swap your gift card. Make sure you select the right gift for you, using the information provided.
5. How long will my gift card be valid for?
This will depend on the gift card you choose, M&S is valid for 48 months, Love2Shop is valid for 12 months, Amazon.co.uk Gift Card* is valid for 10 years.

6. I have not received my gift card, what should I do?
Please check your junk/spam file to ensure the email hasn't been saved there. If you still haven't received it please contact us, by completing the Contact Us(Link opens in a new tab) form.
7. How long will I have to wait to receive my gift email/ keep accessing my gift?
If you become eligible, you'll receive the following emails to redeem your gift card:
- How to claim email: Within 28 working days of your sixth monthly premium, you'll receive an email inviting you to claim your gift card. Click the link in the email and make your selection within 45 days.
- Gift email: After claiming your gift, you'll receive another email with your gift card within 28 working days. Click the link in this email to reveal your code within 45 days.
Once you reveal your code you have 45 days to access your gift card. After this period, the link will expire.

Amazon.co.uk Gift Card*
1. Is there an expiry period relating to my Amazon.co.uk Gift Card*?
Your Amazon.co.uk Gift Card* is valid for 10 years.
2. How do I redeem my Amazon.co.uk Gift Card*?
When you redeem an Amazon.co.uk Gift Card*, the funds will be stored in ‘Your Account’ and automatically applied to your next eligible order. The original expiry date, applies to any unused funds. For full instructions on how to redeem it click here(Link opens in a new tab).
3. I’m not ready to use my Amazon.co.uk Gift Card* yet, can I save it on my account?
After you’ve entered the code on Amazon.co.uk, they’ll keep the balance in your account for use on future purchases so that you don’t need to enter the code again. You can choose to check out without using it when you select your payment method. Simply uncheck the box next to ‘Use your Gift and promotional balance’. If you don’t see this screen during checkout, you can click Change under the Payment Method heading on the final page before you place your order’. Your available balance will be automatically applied to 1-Click orders.
4. I’m having problems assigning my Amazon.co.uk Gift Card* to my account?
After you’ve entered the code on Amazon.co.uk, they’ll keep the balance in your account for use on future purchases so that you don’t need to enter the claim code again. If you’re seeing an error message that the Amazon.co.uk Gift Card* has already been redeemed, it’s likely to be because the code has already been applied to your account. To check whether the funds are already on your account, view your Amazon.co.uk Gift Card* balance in ‘Your Account’. If you’re still having problems, check the Amazon.co.uk Gift Card* Terms and Conditions to make sure your order meets the rules and restrictions for paying with an Amazon.co.uk Gift Card*.
5. What if my order is more than the value of the Amazon.co.uk Gift Card*?
If your order total is more than your Amazon.co.uk Gift Card* balance, you will need to pay for the remaining balance with an additional payment method.
6. Do I have to spend my Amazon.co.uk Gift Card* in one transaction?
No, once your funds are stored in 'Your Account' you can spend the Amazon.co.uk Gift Card* across multiple transactions.

M&S Gift Card
1. Where can I use my e-gift card?
You can use this online at marksandspencer.com and in all M&S stores in the UK, Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands. Excluding BP Connect stores.
2. Where do I find my gift e-gift card PIN?
Your gift card or e-gift card PIN is a four or five-digit number, this is featured on the PDF e-gift card attachment we sent to you.
3. How can I check my gift e-gift card balance?

4. How long is my e-gift card valid for?
Your e-gift card is valid for 4 years from the last spend on it. If you don't use it within the 4 years, any remaining balance will be cancelled.
Love2shop e-Gift Card
1. How do I redeem a Love2shop Reward Code?
Enter your 14 digit reward code including any hyphens, hit enter and you’ll then be presented with the available balance you have to spend and the gifts for you to choose from. Select which one you want and the value and then order to your email or delivery address
2. Which gifts can I choose?
We continually add to our extensive reward catalogue. Currently we have over 50+ digital E-gift cards, 20+ physical gift cards including the popular Love2shop Gift Card, which offers more than 90 in-store brands on one card, plus over 100 additional gifts; hampers, flowers and much more. Which items are available to you may depend on who issued your reward code. For instance, your issuer may have removed certain brands, or removed physical products like gift cards.
3. Is there a minimum/maximum redemption value?
Love2shop Reward Codes have a minimum value of £5. The maximum redemption value may be restricted by the by the retailer. Please check the retailer Terms and Conditions against each of the products.
4. How long is a Love2shop Reward Code valid for?
Love2shop Reward Codes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Please check the email that you received the code on for expiry date information.
5. If I redeem my reward code for a physical gift card, or e-gift card, can I spend it in-store and online?
All retailers are different. Some may be online only; some in-store only and some may offer both choices. Check the product description or Terms and Conditions when redeeming your reward code for more details.
6. Can I spend my Love2shop Reward Code in-store?
No. You can however use your Love2shop Reward Code to purchase Love2shop Gift Card which can be accepted by many leading high street retailers.
7. Do I have to spend all of my code at once?
No. You can return to the site to spend any reward code balance you may have.
8. How many products can I order?
The Reward code does not limit the number of retail brands or gifts you can select.
